Up to 1,000 people: $9,999 a month ($99,990 a year). More than 1,000, or the stream under your own name with no attribution: from $19,999 a month ($199,990 a year). Both by the same request. For your own use and nobody else's, these are the wrong pages: LIVE is $49 and the dataset licence is $249.

The terms, in short
- Attribution. "Levels by FirmTape", or "Data by FirmTape", wherever the numbers are shown, with a link to firmtape.com. Only the tier above 1,000 people drops it.
- No competing terminal. Our numbers inside your product, not our product under your name: a dealer-positioning terminal built on the stream is not covered by any tier.
- A person is a person. The ceiling counts the people who can see the data in a calendar month, not logins or screens. Going past it is the next tier from that month.
- One key, held by you. The licence comes as a key of its own, not a login. Your servers hold the stream and serve your users from it; your users never reach ours.
- Derived data only. What ships is our measurement of dealer positioning. The licensed per-print options data behind it is never redistributed, at any tier.
- After it ends. The archive files already delivered stay yours to keep for your own research, as with the dataset licence. Showing them to others, and the live feed, stop.
Questions
- Why no per-user fee?
- Because a bill you cannot predict is a reason not to start. Each tier has a ceiling instead, and moving up is a click on a price you have already read.
- How does a licence start?
- Write from the card: say which tier and what you will build. The agreement comes back by email to countersign, the key follows, and billing starts that day.
- Can I try it first?
- Every finished session replays free in the terminal, and today's levels are free fifteen minutes late. That is the same data the licence carries, so you can check it before you write.
- Which symbols?
- SPX, and ES and NQ at the future's price. The hundred other symbols on /gex are five-minute snapshots and are not part of these licences yet.
