The row we lose, and why it is in the table
OptionsDepth reads participant-tagged data straight from the exchange: their dealer side is stated by Cboe, not guessed. Ours is inferred — we sign each print by which side of the spread the aggressor hit. That inference is good in some regimes and poor in others, and rather than describe it with an adjective we publish the measurements: see which gamma measure sees anything and which book is the zero-gamma flip. If exchange-tagged truth per strike is the thing you are buying, they have it and we do not.
What we have instead is the thing that makes an inferred number checkable: 1,092+ finished sessions, free, no account. Every level this site has ever printed sits in that archive next to what price actually did. Their history window is 30 days unless you buy the data separately. So the two products answer different questions — theirs is "what is the dealer's tagged position right now", ours is "does this level do anything, measured over four years, and can I test my own rule against it".
Two that arrived after this table
Both were read on 2026-08-29, and neither is in the grid above — six columns is what a table can carry before it stops being readable on a phone. The facts are here instead.
- GammaFlip — $39/month for crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP off Deribit, Bybit and OKX), $59 for indices, ETFs and mega-caps including SPX, $79 for both; three days free, no card. They ship a working GEX replay, which until now only this site did, so the honest note is that a replay is no longer ours alone. What their page does not say is how deep it goes — the only number printed is "up to 90 days" for the heatmaps — or how the dealer side is decided at all.
- GEXDesk — free, permanently, with no account and no email, paid for by ads and broker affiliate links: a GEX dashboard, a chart scanner, a daily setup report and a set of AI tools. The catch is stated on their own page: the levels come from the previous day's closing data via Finnhub and Yahoo Finance. That is a different object from a book rebuilt from the options tape, and it is why "free" alone settles nothing.
Where each of the others is genuinely stronger
- OptionsDepth — exchange-tagged participant data, and Charm/Vanna projections as heatmaps rather than single numbers.
- TanukiTrade — breadth (250+ symbols) and delivery where traders already sit: TradingView indicators and Discord bots.
- GammaEdge — education. A structured course, a daily and a weekly newsletter, and by far the deepest library of explanatory writing in this niche.
- OPEX Trader — surface area: 390+ analytics tabs, eleven asset modes and a desktop app that runs its models locally.
- GammaFlip — breadth against our one symbol: crypto, indices, ETFs and mega-caps in one subscription, and a replay that ships today rather than being promised.
Where this one is
- The archive is the product's proof, and it is free. 1,092+ sessions, no account, permanently. Nothing here asks you to trust a number you cannot check.
- LAB answers "did this actually work". Describe a rule in plain words, get an out-of-sample verdict on the whole archive — including "no edge", which is what most ideas honestly return.
