Sierra Chart	`GET /api/v1/levels` with `?key=` and `errors=200`, because its HTTP call can send neither a header nor read a status
Bookmap	`GET /api/v1/bookmap.csv` as a Cloud Notes URL
TradingView, thinkorswim	a pasted FT1 string from `GET /api/v1/levels.txt` or Account, Copy levels
